Comfy mattress, quiet room, excellent location near Nevsky prospect and metro station, plenty of nearby amenities like restaurants and grocery stores, helpful and available staff, spacious and light room with a modern bathroom.

Easy access to Vladimirskaya subway station about 5 minutes walk. Cronwell Inn Stremyannaya was a great hotel. Positioned 15 mins on foot from church of the savior on blood, the venue was also so close to many other major attractions:)))

the location was next to everything we wanted to do. courteous staff and cleanliness met the demands.

The location was key, which made getting around a lot easier and saved us time. The breakfast was decent, with a good variety of choices, but we had to get up early to avoid the crowds. , the Wi-Fi connection was strong and served us well throughout our stay.

Our Easter break was not an enjoyable experience overall. The staff lacked hospitality and customer service skills, which was very disappointing.

We stayed in a hotel on a quiet street just off Nevsky Prospekt. It was convenient to access by walk from Moskovsky train station, and by the train to Moscow. The hotel staff recommended good shops nearby where you can find whatever it was you were looking for. The room and bathroom were clean, and the breakfast was good, with hot choices and enough variety. the wifi was free and worked well.

The elevator was out of service for a while, but the staff at the reception handled it well.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, situated on a very quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. We loved how peaceful and serene it was here. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities for our convenience and free toiletries in the bathroom. We also appreciated the flat-screen TV and the electric kettle, which allowed us to relax and enjoy a hot cup of tea after a long day of exploring. the service and facilities provided at this hotel were exceptional.

The location was excellent - quiet street just next to busy Nevsky. Close to metro, historical sites and entertainment. Front desk professional, helpful and friendly. Clean generous modern room, very comfortable bed. The price was perhaps more than other hotels but good value for money. Didn't take advantage of afternoon tea - too much to see in the city!

Only criticism: breakfast. Read in other reviews that breakfast would be a disappointment so I was prepared. Recommend that hotel buys fresh fruit from one of the fruit kiosks around the corner and serves it at breakfast.

We were very happy with the location of the hotel, as it was just a short walk away from busy main streets but on a quiet side street. The transportation options were convenient, as we were close to both the train station and the airport. The hotel facilities were great, including the clean and comfortable rooms and the delicious breakfast. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful in recommending nearby shops for our needs.
